I don't know what to choose!

Read our tasting notes and serving suggestions, but if you are still baffled or want some advice you can email , pick up the phone and ask us directly (01372 253170), contact us via Facebook or Tweet us.  We will respond to you as quickly as possible.


I want to place an order for a big event

We can help you choose your wine and, if needed, Hannibal will send one of his trusty team to taste through some options with you.  We may be able to offer you the option of sale and return if you are not entirely sure of the quantity you will require.  Please call us on 01372 253170, or email .


My Bottle's Broken!

If your order is broken, you must contact us straight away and let us know at . We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

NB:  Delivery takes place when your order is left at your delivery address or in accordance with the instructions you issue on order.


My wine's corked!

If any of your wine is spoiled/out of condition then you must inform us as soon as possible.  You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.  If you choose to return the remainder of the case contents (the same wine), it must arrive unopened and undamaged and we will process the refund.  The return must be within 60 days of the delivery of your order.


I don't like paying online

No problem!  We can accept cheques through the post, but we must wait until the cheque has cleared before we can process your order.   Don’t let this put you off, just order well in advance!  There may also be the option to place a further order with the driver on delivery, so you can hand the cheque to the driver.


What about deliveries?

We will deliver anywhere in mainland UK.   We aim to deliver within 2 to 3 working days of order receipt.  Wines do go out of stock from time to time which may delay your delivery.  We will always contact you should this arise.  Where possible, we like to make all deliveries using our own vehicles to ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained.  We do, however, work with a third party courier with whom we can arrange deliveries to more remote locations.

 

I live in Timbuktu...nobody wants to deliver to me!

For deliveries to remote areas and those not on the UK mainland, we will try to keep our charges to a minimum.  Please contact us and we will endeavour to fulfill your order wherever possible.  

 

I don't have a 'safe place' to leave my delivery

We will always aim to leave the delivery in accordance with your instructions.  If you have no ‘safe place’ or neighbour with whom we can leave your order, and you will definitely not be in, then we can make alternative arrangements.  Please contact us and we can discuss the options of sending your order with our courier, who will have a depot at which you can collect the order, or perhaps we can make a weekend delivery.
