Recipe

  • INGREDIENTS
  • 180g Gammon cooked and diced
  • 1 pack ready made puff pastry
  • 150g cheese grated – any cheddar, hard cheese or solid washed rind cheese will do.
  • Dijon mustard
  • Preheat your oven to 200
  • Grease a baking tray
  • Rollout your pastry and cut out circles approximately 8cm in diameter
  • Spread a little mustard on the pastry then place a few pieces of gammon and sprinkle on some cheese.
  • Fold up the edges of the pastry, leaving the centres open, and crimp together in places until they hold
  • Bake for 5 – 10 minutes – keep an eye on them, you want them golden but not burnt!

Pour a glass and enjoy warm out of the oven.
