Stand to attention – this is a beast of a Barossa! Our good friend and flying winemaker John Weeks has come up with a proper Barossa ‘beaut’! All of the Cabernet Sauvignon fruit was sourced across the Barossa Valley. The valley is a unique and diverse region which has thrived for over 150 years and when it comes to concentration, it’s up there with the biggest of red wines – rich tannins, a vibrant spectrum of red and black berry fruit and immense structure – this wine will age magnificently for many years.
A.R.B. for Alice’s Restaurant Bed, a recently discovered bed of fossils near the Flinders Ranges in South Australia. It’s certainly an unusual name for a fossil bed!
