Shellfish fresh from the sea.
In the heart of the Bekaa Valley, Chateau Ksara was founded in 1857 by Jesuit priests. The winery is positioned above 2km of ancient Roman caves, which make for perfect wine storage. The international recognition really began in around 2000 and today, Chateau Ksara is the most modern wine facility in the country. The grapes are considered to be grown organically because of the minimal use of synthetic chemicals including sulphur dioxide. The resulting wine is considered suitable for vegetarians and vegans. This white blend is elegant and mouthwatering – the Sauvignon Blanc gives a streak of acidity, while the creamy Chardonnay and limey Semillon bring harmony and balance. Fabulous value.
