Chateauneuf du Pape needn’t be a full blown, knife-and-fork-weight wine – and this isn’t.  Think more medium-bodied, bristling with character that melts on your tongue.  It is literally layered with flavours (so long as you give it plenty of aeration) and will have you bouncing off the walls with vinous glee.  Kick back and enjoy!
