This is an elegant blend, rich and ripe, yet dry and refreshing.  Great with food - think oily fish and rich vegetables. This is an amazing blend of noble grape varieties, designed to ensure an intriguing and extraordinary experience. Made to be enjoyed right now, but will age for up to 10 years. Wild yeasts were used in production and the wine was aged in mature French oak barrels for 12 months.
