Grown in Tasmania’s Tamar Valley with a small percentage from the East Coast. A bit of ageing in oak and three and a half years on lees give this bubbly some serious body.
This is a sparkling wine that will blow your mind. It’s what you would get from a £100 bottle of Champagne if you are lucky. They have won hundreds of awards and deserve them.
Platinum at the 2016 Decanter Awards (that’s extremely good!).
