Easy Tapenade

So much better when you make it yourself and sooo easy!

Good acidity and an oily roundness that make this a great wine with Italian food, from cured meats to pasta dishes, but let’s keep it simple!

Recipe

  • INGREDIENTS
  • 200g (ish) jar of good black olives (you can use green if you prefer)
  • 1 tsp capers (preferable but don’t worry if you don’t have them)
  • 2 anchovies (from the jar/tin not fresh)
  • 50ml olive oil
  • Dash of red wine vinegar
  • 1 SMALL clove garlic, minced
  • A few parsley leaves for garnish
  • Blitz
  • Season
  • Garnish
  • Dip!

Pour a glass of Italian wine and enjoy.
